Roofing company information

Who we're building for, and who we call.

Optional — the office line, if it's different.

Optional.

The person we coordinate the build with.

Same-day confirmation. No obligation on the quote.

Same rate. Nothing like the same job.

Every crew in Austin will tear off your roof and put a new one on. What happens around that — the documentation, the protection, the returns, the phone calls you do not have to make — is where your margin actually lives.

  • Lifetime workmanship warranty on every job

Not the first year. Not the first five. For as long as that roof is on the house, our work is covered — which means you can put your own name on a warranty and know somebody is standing behind it.

  • The most involved project management in Austin

No other crew in this city runs a job this closely. You are not paying a premium for it — our rate is the same as the crews that hand you a finished roof and no answers.

  • We go get extra material mid-job

Short a bundle of ridge, a roll of ice and water, three squares of shingle? We leave, we buy it, we come back. Your day does not stop and your super does not drive.

  • Everything is documented before, during, and after

Quantity ordered against quantity used. Extra layers. Rotten decking. Supplement photos. If you need to prove it to an adjuster later, it is already on file.

  • Pools, plants, and gardens get tarped

Before a single shingle comes off, the pool is covered and the landscaping is protected. Homeowner complaints are the most expensive part of a cheap crew.

  • Unused material goes back to the supplier

We load the overage and drive it back for you. You are not eating the cost of material that never went on the roof, and it is not sitting in the driveway.

  • Step flashing is always replaced

Always — not reused, not caulked over. Sidewall and chimney flashing gets re-secured or replaced as the roof calls for it. This is where callbacks come from.

  • Magnet swept and cleaned daily

Not once at the end. Every day during the build and again at completion. Debris haul-off and dump fees are already in the number we quoted you.

  • Real-time updates from arrival to completion

You hear from us when we arrive, when we need extra material, as the build progresses, and at completion — with photos each time. You never have to call and ask.

None of this is an upsell. It is what $85 per square buys from us, and it is the reason companies stop shopping crews after the first build.

A lifetime workmanship warranty on every roof we build

Not the first year. Not the first five. For as long as that roof is on the house, the way we installed it is our responsibility — in writing, in your company's name.

Your warranty to your customer, backed by ours to you.

Roofing companies win jobs on the strength of the warranty they offer. The risk is that the promise outlives the crew who did the work. Ours does not expire — so you can sell against it without carrying it alone.

  • Sell a stronger warranty

Offer your customer the workmanship guarantee you want to offer. Ours sits underneath it, so the promise is not resting on whether a crew is still around in three years.

  • No expiry to track

No term to diary, no anniversary to watch, no coverage that quietly lapses the year before a homeowner finally calls. It runs as long as the roof does.

  • In writing, in your name

Issued to your company at completion, alongside the photo file. When a homeowner asks you to prove it, you forward one document.

Why we can promise it

A lifetime warranty is only affordable for a crew that was never cutting corners in the first place. Rotten decking comes out instead of getting covered over. Every penetration is sealed and photographed one at a time. Underlayment and fastening go down to the manufacturer’s spec for the pitch, not to whatever is quickest. Flashing is one example of the standard:

Old sidewall flashing exposed after shingle removal, rusted and corroded through
BeforeExample of old rusted flashing needing to be replaced
New continuous flashing and counter flashing installed along a brick sidewall with fresh shingle courses run into it
AfterExample of new continuous and counter flashing

What the warranty covers

  • Every fastener we droveNailing pattern, exposure, course alignment, and fastener depth across the whole field. If a shingle blows because of how it was nailed, that is ours.
  • Every penetration we sealedPipe boots, vents, skylights, and every hole we flashed around. Penetrations are where roofs actually leak, so they are where a workmanship warranty actually matters.
  • Every flashing we setStep, sidewall, headwall, chimney, and valley. We always replace step flashing rather than reusing it, and the warranty is why.
  • Every deck we laid overUnderlayment, leak barrier, laps, and drip edge. If water gets past the dry-in because of how we installed it, we come back.

What it doesn’t

  • Manufacturer defects in the material itself — that is the manufacturer's warranty, and we help you file it
  • Storm, hail, and impact damage — that is an insurance claim, and we document it for you
  • Damage from work done by others after we leave the roof
  • Failure of structure or decking we flagged in writing and were told not to replace

We would rather tell you the edges up front than have you find them during a callback. Material defects and storm damage are real claims — they are just somebody else’s, and we help you file them.

The standard we hold

We don’t sell roofs. We guard your name on one.

When our crew is on a roof, the homeowner thinks they are your crew. Everything we do on site is built around that — because the reputation at risk on that street is yours, not ours.

  • We protect what we did not come to replace.
  • We photograph what we find before we change it.
  • We carry our own weight to the truck and back.
  • We leave the ground cleaner than the roof.

Eight steps, and you hear from us at every one

This is the whole job, start to finish. Nothing in here is an add-on and nothing in here is optional — it is how we run every roof.

  1. 01

    You send the job

Fill out the survey with the address, the roof type, and your target date. We confirm the same day.

  2. 02

We verify measurements and photos before we build it

Pitch, layers, access, and obstacles get checked against the report and your photos, so there are no surprise change orders at 7am.

  3. 03

    Protection goes down first

Pools, plants, gardens, and hardscape get tarped before the first shingle comes off.

  4. 04

    Tear-off and deck inspection

Every extra layer and every soft sheet of decking is photographed and counted as we go.

  5. 05

    Dry-in and flashing

Step flashing is always replaced. Sidewall and chimney flashing is re-secured or replaced as needed.

  6. 06

    Install

The system goes on to spec. If we run short, we leave and get material — your day does not stop.

  7. 07

    Sweep, haul, and close out

Magnet swept daily and again at completion. Debris haul-off and dump fees are included.

  8. 08

The file lands in your inbox — and the warranty starts

Completion photos, material reconciliation, and the lifetime workmanship warranty on everything we installed.

What we install

Shingle is most of what we do. The rest is here because the sections nobody else wants — the flat porch, the steep metal valley, the tile that needs washing — are the ones that hold up your close-out.

Every plane, valley, and penetration

A roof is not one surface. It is thirty places water can get in.

The field is the easy part. Every hip, valley, dormer return, and wall intersection on this model is a detail somebody has to get right by hand — and every one of them is covered by the warranty when we do.

  • Composition shingle

    $85 / square

Tear-off and install, architectural or three-tab, on any pitch we can walk or stage.

  • Standing Seam and RPanel

Standing seam from $225 · RPanel from $180

Panel install, ridge and hip detailing, valley pans, and closure on residential metal systems.

  • TPO single-ply

    from $160 / square

Mechanically fastened and fully adhered TPO for low-slope sections.

  • Torch-down modified bitumen

    from $220 / square

Multi-ply torch-applied modified bitumen for flat roofs.

  • Decking replacement

    $25 / sheet

Rotten and delaminated decking swapped by the sheet, photographed before and after.

  • Tile & metal pressure washing

    $40 / square

Cleaning for tile and metal roofs, staged and rinsed without damage.

  • Emergency tarping

    from $150

Storm response tarping to stop the water while the claim gets written.

  • Ventilation & penetrations

Ridge vent $4/LF to cut · Solar fan $150

On the roof

From the companies who sub to us

Kept anonymous on purpose — nobody wants their competition knowing who builds their roofs. Every one of these is from an Austin-area roofing company or GC.

  • We put a lifetime workmanship warranty in our proposals now. We could not do that before, because I could not stand behind a crew that might not exist in five years.

    Residential roofing company · Austin

  • The material reconciliation alone is worth switching for. I finally know what actually went on the roof versus what I paid for.

    Residential roofing company · Austin

  • They found three layers on a Cedar Park tear-off, photographed it before touching it, and had it to me before 8am. That supplement got paid.

Storm restoration contractor · Round Rock

  • First crew I have used that tarps a pool without being asked. Zero homeowner complaints in fourteen builds.

Roofing company owner · South Austin

  • They drove the overage back to the supply house themselves. Nobody does that. That is real money back on my account.

    General contractor · Lakeway

  • Step flashing always gets replaced. I stopped having to send someone behind them to check.

    Roofing company · Georgetown

  • Same price as the crews that leave me guessing, except I get photos all day and the driveway is clean every night.
